If you’re a family in need or know a family in need within the North Bay city limits, please be advised that applications for Santa Fund assistance can be completed at this year’s office located at 127 Main Street East (L.I.P.I. Office) from Tuesday, November 20th to Monday, December 10th. Our office hours will be 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (special arrangements can also be made if necessary).
Applicants must come in person to apply for a Santa Fund basket.
Deadline for applications: December 10, 2018.
Application forms will be available at the office. You will be required to bring the following:
- Proof of North Bay Address
- Phone/Contact Number
- Rent Receipt
A Rent Receipt is a simple way to document and confirm payments made on your home or apartment.
- Utility Bills
The amount a household is expected to pay for electricity, water and/or gas each month.
- 31 Days Bank Statement
Printed record of the balance in a bank account and the amounts that have been paid into it and withdrawn from it.
- Tax Assessment or Canada Child Benefit (CCB)
*We require verification that the children reside with you.
Please note: if you’re referring a family for assistance, they’ll need to meet the verification process as well. Feel free to bring them to the office listed above.
