Families in need within the North Bay city limits can apply for Santa Fund assistance online or at the L.I.P.I. office (127 Main Street East). Applications can be completed between Monday, November 22nd, and Friday, December 10th. Our office hours will be 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (special arrangements can also be made if necessary).
Online applications are recommended as the office can only serve 1 to 2 clients at a time due to COVID policies and restrictions.
Deadline for applications: December 10, 2021.
If applying in person please expect longer wait times.
You will be required to provide the following:
- Proof of North Bay Address
- Phone/Contact Number
- Rent Receipt
A Rent Receipt is a simple way to document and confirm payments made on your home or apartment.
- Utility Bills
The amount a household is expected to pay for electricity, water and/or gas each month.
- 60 Days Bank Statement
Printed record of the balance in a bank account and the amounts that have been paid into it and withdrawn from it.
- Tax Assessment or Canada Child Benefit (CCB)
*We require verification that the children reside with you.
